N. Vriesekoop BV started in the early eighties with its production of frozen and fresh chicken breast fillets. At the same time Vriesekoop has been a licensed importer as well. Mainly to purchase the raw material (from Brazil and Thailand especially) for its own production. As the years passed by, also trading items were imported to be able to present the European market a diverse full package of products.
In 2023 the production plants of Vriesekoop were sold and the focus of Vriesekoop International Food (the new name since 2023) has been completely on import and trade since then. With the build up of import licenses and the acquired experience during all those years, Vriesekoop International Food is one of the few importers in Europe in this field.
